These terms govern your use of Content Tool (the “Service”), operated as part of Colbert Digital. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Content Tool helps you prepare social media posts from your own uploaded images or video — including automatic framing, AI-generated captions and hashtags, and optional AI-generated audio tracks. The Service does not automatically publish content to any third-party platform; you remain responsible for reviewing and posting your own content.

2. Your account and content

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You retain ownership of images and video you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you submit.
• You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a third party’s rights.

3. Credits and payment

Some features (such as generating a new audio track) consume credits, as shown in the Service at the time. Credit pricing and bundle details are shown at checkout. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Generated content

Captions, hashtags, and audio tracks generated through the Service are provided to help you create your posts. Audio tracks are checked against a copyright database at the time of generation, but we cannot guarantee that generated content will never be subject to a claim on a third-party platform.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including any platform action taken against content you post.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
